From May 5 to 8, 2025, the 33rd China International Cycle Exhibition (CHINA CYCLE 2025) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. With the theme of “New Quality Empowerment, Shared Future”, this exhibition aims to build a diverse, colorful and efficient display and exchange platform for the global bicycle industry. It attracted nearly 1,600 companies from around the world to participate in the exhibition, with a total exhibition area of 160,000 square meters, a record high. As a representative company in the field of domestic carbon fiber accessories manufacturing, MOSTSPORT brought its core products and technologies to the exhibition to showcase the innovative achievements and market competitiveness of domestic carbon fiber technology.
1. Exhibition highlights
At the core of the Merida booth is the champion horse brought by Merida and the world-class professional team, the Bahrain Victory Team. The SCULTURA TEAM released some time ago is the official horse of the Bahrain Victory Team, providing strong support for the Bahrain team to win the World Tour.
As one of the old brands of road bikes, Rolling Stone never misses the China Expo every year. At the entrance of the booth, there is a limited edition Rolling Stone PROBING for the Year of the Snake. The design theme of the limited edition paint is “Spiritual Shedding”, and its design inspiration comes from the natural phenomenon of snakes shedding their skin and being reborn.
From the booth to the road, BATCH tells the legend of “riding to meet the future” with its products. In this exhibition, BATCH not only built an immersive exhibition space, but also brought two heavyweight masterpieces – BATCH A2 all-terrain road bike and BATCH R2 wind-breaking road bike, which respectively demonstrated the brand’s deep thinking on the two riding scenarios of “exploring boundaries” and “urban efficiency”.
Shimano’s booth naturally exhibited the “strongest neutral support bike” TREK X SHIMANO joint P1 painted MADONE SLR.
In addition, many well-known brands such as Phoenix, SHIMANO, JAVA, INCOLOR, etc. brought new products to the event. Our MOSTSPORT will certainly not be absent.
2. Product display and technical highlights
As a leading wheel manufacturer in the industry, MOSTSPORT has always been committed to providing high-performance, lightweight and optimized carbon fiber wheels and wheels for cycling enthusiasts. At this exhibition, we will present the following newly developed products:
1.700C gravel/melon bike carbon fiber rims (for gravel bikes), with an outer width of 38mm and an inner width of 32mm, and wave-shaped and regular-shaped rims are available;
2. Self-developed 100% carbon fiber spokes (the entire spoke is made of carbon fiber, without adding any metal parts), ultra-light weight, only 2g;
3. Self-developed recyclable carbon fiber spokes made of thermoplastic carbon fiber material, focusing on the launch of a new product – EcoFiber™ X-39, the world’s first recyclable carbon fiber spoke, green and environmentally friendly, with the characteristics of “three resistances, two highs and one environmental protection”, namely corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, fatigue resistance; high impact resistance, high strength; recyclable.
In addition, we will continue to exhibit all models of our company’s carbon fiber rims, wheel sets and other products, as follows: 700C 26mm outer width (19mm inner width), 28mm width (21mm inner width), 31mm width (25mm inner width) carbon fiber rims, disc brakes and rim brakes can be used, mainly used in road bikes, melon bikes/gravel bikes; 27.5-inch, 29-inch XC/AM/DH carbon fiber mountain bike rims, one-piece carbon fiber spokes, carbon fiber handlebars, 12-inch children’s balance bike carbon fiber wheels, 14-inch/16-inch/18-inch/20-inch/24-inch carbon fiber rims and wheels and other products.
3. Exhibition results and industrial cooperation
Audience response: The booth was crowded with people. Due to its unique aesthetic design and excellent technical performance, it attracted many international buyers and peers to stay and communicate. Well-known foreign accessories manufacturers are actively seeking technical cooperation.
Interaction and technical exchange: The MOSTSPORT team explained the carbon fiber molding process and material characteristics on site, and discussed in depth with industry experts the application trend of carbon fiber in the field of bicycle accessories to enhance the brand’s technical influence.
